    ***Please Read All The Policy Responses Below*** *A MASK IS REQUIRED in order to be serviced excluding makeup service * BOOKING POLICY:A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE ALL SERVICES. DEPOSITS & ALL SERVICE FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. *NO EXTRA INDIVIDUALS ALLOWED (strictly enforced) (Any person(s) who is not being serviced will kindly be asked to leave) LATE POLICY: $15 is required after 10 minute grace period If tardiness exceeds 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled (You will be given the option to reschedule based on availability only) SERVICE PREPARATION: ALL GLAMS- Face must be clean, oil and facial hair free. Brows must be waxed. ALL HAIRSTYLES- Hair must be washed clean, blow dried-straight, oil-free and glue-free when arrive. If you'd like a wash, it must be booked seperately before your initial appointment prior to set date as its based on availability. Please bring necessary hair and cap(s) needed for service. (Items needed are specified under each service) REQUIRED: ALL FRONTALS, CLOSURES, and WIGS MUST be dropped off 3 DAYS prior to service for customization. Otherwise, there will be a $30 fee for same-day lace drop off. (Drop-Off Hours: Tuesday- Saturday 10am-5pm Only! Please include your name, date & time of appointment in hair bag.) -If NATURAL, hair must also be flat-ironed straight if service style is a ponytail or bun. Otherwise, there will be a $30 fee for artist to blow dry & press hair straight. (If so, please advise stylist so additional time can be alotted in schedule. - **I DO NOT INSTALL SYNTHETIC WIGS/HAIR , ALL WIGS/HAIR MUST BE 100% HUMAN HAIR IN ORDER TO BE INSTALLED FOR ANY SERVICE. Lace Recommended: HD OR TRANSPARENT -If you are unable to find the correct hair for your service, please contact me directly 305.912.8354. KEEP IN MIND: WE SUPPLY RAW QUALITY HAIR & WIGS!! **WIG REINSTALLS: Wig reinstalls are booked under "Lace Wig Install" -Do you reinstall lace that have been previously installed by someone else? - Yes, depending on CONDITION of the wig and $30 fee is required. (Condition of lace wig, frontal or closure must be approved by stylist prior to appointment date, please contact directly) *TO RESCHEDULE LAST MINUTE, It will be an additional fee $30 *TO BOOK A SQUEEZE IN, It will be an additional fee $30 *TO CHANGE YOUR HAIRSTYLE, It will be an additional fee $30 *TO BOOK A VIP APPOINTMENT, please contact 305.912.8354 (**We highly advise booking your solidified style to avoid affecting scheduled appointments for that day. If changing hairstyle will affect next appt, you will need to reschedule based on availability**) CANCELLATION POLICY: Please contact at least 24 hours prior to appointment to cancel or reschedule based on availability. If contact is less than 24 hours, you must refer to our booking policy. No Call, No Shows may be blocked from scheduling in the future. ** Please schedule appointments accordingly as we at Paiges of Glam DO NOT RUSH WORK, we treat each appointment with care & fulfill to the best of our ability each time! ** If for any reason, you are displeased with any part of your hairstyle or service, please advise artist immediately before leaving the beauty spa and it will be taken care of. Once client has left premises and returns for a service issue, client will have to reschedule based on availability and will be responsible for any service touchup fees. *** As we will always do our best to correct any service issue, under any circumstances, there are no refunds on any services that have been provided. ***Prices & Services are subject to change (Courtesy notice may be given but not required) ***Artist reserves the right to cancel any appointment or classes made/scheduled for any reason including not following above rules.   • Where Are You Located ? / Do You Travel?
    Miami, Florida USA Exact Location will be sent confirmation message within 24 hours of booking your appointment. For an approximate distance, Location is near Miami Lakes on 183rd ST and 57th ave -Do You travel? Yes, depending on availability. Travel fee is required (depends on location and traffic hours) Please contact directly 305.912.8354 within 48-72 hours for proper traveling options as they may not always be available.
  • Are Deposits Required To Book A Service ?
    YES ! A NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY SERVICE PROVIDED. At Checkout: Service Deposit is due and will count towards total amount (Ex: Service$60 - Deposit$20 = Balance due $40) ExactRemaining Balanceis due at appointment time in CASH ONLY! Any service completed by artist is not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Policy ?
    Please inform artist at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. IF NO CALL, NO SHOW, you will be charged full service fee or NOT be allowed to book again. Automatic cancel if: >Confirmation/Reminder message is not replied to >Tardiness exceeds 20 minutes (You will be given the option to reschedule based on availability) ( Strict Late fee $15 is required after 15 minute grace period ) *TO RESCHEDULE LAST MINUTE, It will be an additional fee $30 *TO BOOK A SQUEEZE IN, It will be an additional fee $30 *TO CHANGE YOUR HAIRSTYLE, It will be an additional fee $30 (We highly advise booking your solidified style to avoid affecting scheduled appointments for that day.   • Do You Travel ?

  • Can I Book Outside of Scheduled Hours ?
    Yes, It is possible. Please Contact 305.912.8354 to schedule or to see if we are taking WALKINS. Courtesy Fee required: AFTER HOURS (before 9am & after 7pm): Makeup: $25 fee | Hair $40 fee SCHEDULED OFF DAY: Makeup $40 HAIR: $60 fee (VIP SUNDAYS & MONDAYS) *Requested date(s) & time(s) requires approval **Please contact directly for proper scheduling.
  • How Can I Book For A Special Event?
    (Special Events: Weddings, Fashion Show, Onsite Photoshoot...etc) 1.) Using the contact form at the bottom of the Home page before booking: 2.) List required information (name, phone, email..etc) 3.) Provide a briefly detailed message consisting of > Event & Location > Date(s) & Time(s) of request > Amount of people being service Please allow up to 48 hours for response including details and pricing as it may vary
  • Processing & Delivery ?

  • Return Policy ?
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For sanitary purposes there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on lashes. Due to the nature of the item and personal customizations, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom orders or hair orders. Please note: as we will do our best to fulfill all special requests submited with each order. PAIGES OF GLAM is not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. In the unlikely event you recieve a damaged or defective item upon arrival, with valid proofwe will gladly accomodate. A clear photo/video of the product must be sent to tampered with after delivery > Shipping carrier confirms the state of the delivered package as in good condition > Valid proof is not sent within required timeframe

  • ZERO TOLERANCE ON FRADULENT ORDERS
    PAIGES OF GLAM LLC has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON FRADULENT ORDERS! If your order is FLAGGED due to suspicious activity during order reviews. Your order WILL BE CANCELLED, PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED, & NO PRODUCTS WILL BE PROCESSED OR SHIPPED. If certain events has occurred, Customer will be banned from making future purchases online.
  • Delivered But Have Not Recieved ?
    *As we deeply understand how important your order is to you! In the unfortunate event that this may occur, please follow the recommended steps listed below. Steps to follow if such event may occur: > Ask neighbors & individuals in your household if they have recieved the package on your behalf or by mistake. Check with property managers & residence offices as packages may have been left there. > Contact USPS customer service to gain more details on delivery (i.e. address delivered to & signature on label) ***We will always do our best to further assist, but Paiges of Glam does not hold responsibility for any lost or stolen package(s) in transit. If above steps does not result in locating your package, please contact the shipping carrier USPS in order to discuss the issue or click www.usps.com/help/claims.htm in order to file a claim with them for your missing package.
  • What If I Input The Wrong Address?
    **IMPORTANT! Please make sure Correct Shipping Address is submitted with order** We will gladly modify your shipping address, the fee is $10.   • What If My Order Is Returned To Sender?
    -If your order is returned to sender, we highly recommend contacting shipping carrier USPS (800) 275-8777 for more details. If package was returned due to incorrect shipping address, you will be prompted to purchasing a reshipping fee listed on our website via invoice. Paiges Of Glam is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. -If you choose not to purchase a reshipping fee, we will gladly issue you a store credit in the full amount of your order (minus shipping fee), only if the order is returned to us in mint condition. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Can I Cancel My Order Once Its Placed?
    Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. *Please ensure you are taking your time at checkout* No Exceptions!
