*A MASK IS REQUIRED in order to be serviced excluding makeup service, artist will be wearing a mask*
 

BOOKING POLICY: A NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE ALL SERVICES. DEPOSITS & ALL SERVICE FEES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

LATE POLICY: Please be ON TIME! $20 Late Fee is required after 10 minute grace period

If tardiness exceeds 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled

(You will be given the option to reschedule based on availability only)
 

SERVICE PREPARATION:

ALL GLAMS- Face must be clean, oil and facial hair free. BROWS MUST BE WAXED. UPPER LIP AREA MUST BE WAXED.

ALL HAIRSTYLES- Hair must be washed clean, blow dried-straight, oil-free and glue-free when arrive.  Please bring necessary hair and cap(s) needed for service. (Items needed are specified under each service)

HAIR WASH/SANITATION: At this moment, we DO NOT OFFER HAIR WASH SERVICES. Hair must be freshly washed 1-2 days prior to appointment. If client arrives to any appointment with hair not washed, oily, and/or in unsanitary conditions then stylist have the right to dismiss client's appointment to reschedule based on availability. Hair Wash services may only be provided for "Tape In Services" which will be based on approval & availability (Contact in advance/directly for inquires)

REQUIRED: ALL FRONTALS, CLOSURES, and WIGS MUST be dropped off 3 DAYS prior to service for customization. Otherwise, there will be a $40 fee for same-day lace drop off and customization.

(Drop-Off Hours: Tuesday- Saturday 10am-5pm Only! Please include your name, date & time of appointment in hair bag. Please call/text ahead to ensure someone is there to retrieve the wig, or slide it under the door if it's only a lace frontal or closure being dropped off.)

 

>IF YOUR HAIR IS NATURAL, hair must also be flat-ironed straight if service style is a ponytail or bun. Otherwise, there will be a $40 fee for artist to blow dry & press hair straight. (If so, please advise stylist so additional time can be alotted in schedule.

>**I DO NOT INSTALL SYNTHETIC WIGS/HAIR , ALL WIGS/HAIR MUST BE 100% HUMAN HAIR IN ORDER TO BE INSTALLED FOR ANY SERVICE. All Laces must be thin with small knots that are able to be bleached. If thick lace is brought to appointment & knots are not able to be bleached, you may be advised to reschedule appointment.

>**WIG REINSTALLS: Wig reinstalls are booked under "Lace Wig Install" after exceeding 3-4 weeks

-Do you reinstall lace that have been previously installed by someone else? - Yes, depending on CONDITION of the wig and $30 fee is required.

(Condition of lace wig, frontal or closure must be approved by stylist prior to appointment date, please contact directly at least 2 days prior to appointment)

STYLING ADD ONS: Services require additional time added to appointment(s), please schedule in advance during booking.

>Wand Curls, Crimps etc: $30

>Sew In Additional Bundle: $25

**VIP SERVICE DAYS, TIMES & FEES:** (Appointments booked outside business hours)

 -Mondays + Sundays (Full Day):  $100 will be added to all hair service(s)

                                               Makeup VIP Appts: $120 flat rate 

 -Tuesdays - Saturday Before 10am & After 6pm: $60 will be added to all hair service(s)

(Holidays: Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day & Eve will count as a VIP Appointment)

 

(**We highly advise booking your solidified style to avoid affecting scheduled appointments for that day. If changing hairstyle will affect next appt, you will need to reschedule based on availability**)

Do you Travel?? -yes I do, travel fee is required depending on location and services needed. Travel appointments must be scheduled in advance to determine availability & approval. (Weddings, Bridal Parties, On Set Photoshoots & Groups must contact directly 305.912.8354 for proper scheduling)

​

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please contact at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment to cancel or reschedule based on availability.

Client will be given the option to reschedule once within 30 day timeframe without new deposit. 

If contact is less than 24 hours or no contact, you must refer to our booking policy as a new appointment with new deposit will need to be booked.

 No Call, No Shows may be blocked from scheduling in the future.

** Please schedule appointments accordingly as we at Paiges of Glam DO NOT RUSH WORK, we treat each appointment with care & fulfill to the best of our ability each time!

 

** If for any reason, you are displeased with any part of your hairstyle or service, please advise artist immediately before leaving the beauty spa and it will be taken care of. Once client has left premises and returns for a service issue, client will have to reschedule based on availability and will be responsible for any service touchup fees.

 

*** As we will always do our best to correct any service issue, under any circumstances, there are no refunds on any services that have been provided.
